• Container terminals shall be equipped with suitable lifting appliances and transport equipment which shall be maintained in good repair and working order.
  • In the case of fork lift trucks employed for handling empty containers, the length of the forks shall be equal to the full width of the container and the capacity of the fork lift shall be matching with the weight of the container.
  • No fork-lift trucks shall be employed for handling container which do not have fork pockets.
