• All warehouses and store places shall be provided with sufficient means of escape in case of fire for the dock workers employed therein and all the means of escape, other than the means exit in ordinary use, shall be distinctively marked in a language understood by the majority of the dock workers
• A free passageway giving access of each means of escape in case of fire shall be maintained for the use of all dock workers.
• In every dock there shall be provided effective and clearly audible means of giving warning in case of fire to every dock worker employed therein
